    microwave gun

i want to know if you can make a microwave antenna (horn) that has a 0 degree microwave dispersion so the microwaves exit as a beam not so much a flashlight. is there a formula to figure out the needed demensions for the antenna, maybe use a pipe the diameter of the wavelength?

If memory serves me right, the beam dispersion in degrees is equal to 90 / (opening size / wavelength). So, for zero dispersion, you would need an infinitely wide opening. Also, note that one of the implications of this formula is that to get low dispersion numbers you have a wide opening which means that the power density starts out lower.
A pipe the diameter of the wavelength is a waveguide, not a horn, and will emit microwaves in all directions from the opening of the pipe.

I know a MASER will do that it was the precursor to the LASER and would do the same thing a laser does only with microwaves.

that should get you started. Do be careful a bad move and you will really fry yourself
You know that fine line between genius and insanity I crossed long ago went round the planet and somehow wound up in a state of insanity again
